Local Historian and Tribune Columnist Dr. Dan Krieger returns by popular request, and will relate "San Simeon, Its Growth, Industries and Famous People." The evening begins in our parlor with hors-d'oeuvres and beverages and requires advance reservations due to the intimate venue. Walk the Forest Loop Trail of the Fiscalini Ranch - 10 am-12:00 pm
Walk the Forest Loop Trail of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve with a docent from Friends of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Enjoy our Monterey Pine forest as we learn about the plants, animals, human history and the trails in this special part of Cambria. The walk is about 2.5 miles long with very little elevation gain. Bring water, shoes that protect the toes, and wear long pants to help protect from poison oak. Children welcome with adult supervision. Forest Trail walk on Saturday, August 25th-led by Gil.
