Seventh Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest - 1-3 pm Gutherie-Bianchini House
Sponsored by the Cambria Historical Society. Carvers and decorators of all ages are welcome to participate. Bring your own uncarved pumpkin and tools. All carving will be done at the Guthrie-Bianchini House between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Piedras Blancas Lighthouse Tour - 9:45
MIDWEEK TOURS Midweek tours aree offerd on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Meet at he former Piedras Blancas Motel, located 1 1/1 miles north of light station at 9:45 a.m. Do not wait at the gate to the lighthouse. Donation to the Piedras Blancas light Station Association requested. Special arrangements must be made for groups of 10 or more.

This annual party offers German food (prepared by our own Linn's!), beverages, music, dancing and singing. The Mudskipper Band will provide live German music. Entertainment will be provided by local groups, which last year included Cambria Line Dancers, Cambria erman Folk Dancers, Solvang Villae Folk Dancers, Ballet Folklorico Cachanilla (Mexican Youth Folk Dancers from Atascadero) and Benat Serat (Morro Bay Belly Dancers). This year Bob Steuwer's Jitterbug and Swing Dancers will also perform. Audience participation events include a Men's Ugly Legs contest, Ladies Lovely Legs contest, Chicken Dance contest and Foxy Dachsie dachshund beauty contest, sponsored by American Legion Post 432, St. Paul's Episcopal Church and Santa Rosa Roman Catholic Church. Proceeds benefit local charities. OKTOBERFEST IN CAMBRIA IS WUNDERBAR!
